Rise – The inspiring alarm clock mimics the sunrise while playing motivational music, prayers of gratitude and positive affirmations.
Grow – Goal setting, step by step, and so much more. Start with small simple goals and move on to life-changing success.
The Rest section will help you fall asleep while playing positive affirmations and prayers of gratitude with soothing music and sound effects while your screen slowly dims in a beautiful sunset to stars scene.
The Rise section will motivate you as you wake up every morning with positive affirmations, energetic music, and advice on healthy habits while your screen brightens to mimic a sunrise.
The Grow section will help you improve your life by reminding you of your goals and helping you to achieve them.
The Thankfulness feature of the app reminds you to take a moment to write down the things you are thankful for. Research shows that gratitude positively affects brain chemistry and mood.
The Daily Goals feature leverages studies showing that your brain benefits from small wins just like large ones. Setting and achieving small goals will increase confidence and motivation. Your brain gets used to winning, and you can move forward to accomplish bigger and more amazing things.

Feel inspired every time you look at your phone. The medium and large positive affirmations widget use natures scenes to set the mood for each time of day to help with circadian rhythm. The app works by first setting a wake-up time, then the app calculates the optimal bedtime. At night, plug in your phone to charge, press the Rest button to start the affirmations and simulated sunset. With the app left open, it will wake you in the morning, with uplifting affirmations, prayers of gratitude and motivational music to start your day in a positive way.

Now included is an ‘emergency’ alarm as a backup for heavy sleepers. After all the motivational affirmations and automatic brightening of your phone during the wake-up sequence, you now have the option to have a loud beep to make sure you are up.
